Fresh and frozen blueberries are both perfect for cooking and baking! When using frozen blueberries in a recipe, do not thaw first, unless the recipe specifies it.
If you find your blueberries are sinking to the bottom of your baked goods, you can keep them suspended by tossing them in a little flour or cornstarch before adding them to the batter.
